All they do to campaign is class warfare, it’s grown tiresome to be honest. I don’t disagree with them on everything, but when they base 90% of their strategy on a war of the haves against the have nots it’s really pathetic. When they speak to the heart it helps them, but unfortunately speaking to the brain? is more important for the future of out country and even though the Right pisses me off too, I am more on their side when it comes to issues like this.
lol the government pay for it? Everyone would pay for it through our taxes, it’s not magic, unfortunately… It really makes little difference, we have medicare and medicade. And? not for nothing, no one is refused care so even though that is a problem that drives up our costs, there is a lot more to it than that, it’s mostly gov’t intervening that has driven up costs in the 1st place.

Congressman Ron Paul was a former physician who believes that the “uninsured man” has a right to choose whether or not to have a health care plan, and because he would choose not to have one, he must face the consequences of his actions. The man should not rely on the government/ citizens tax money to pay for his benefits. What Ron Paul was saying is that society should not just let him? die; he wants there to be alternatives to big medicine/licensing. Church hospitals would challenge bigmedicine

They shouldn’t be left to die, but they should still be responsible for the costs. perhaps some sore of government coverage with requirements of it being payed? back within a reasonable time fame. I personally live in MA and use the free health care there because I’m an orphaned 19 year old that can’t afford real coverage.
This isn’t to say I have a clear opinion of what? should be done for the uninsured. I have mixed feelings on the issue honestly. I’m just trying to straighten out what people mean when they say things. The left is painting opponents to Universal Healthcare, as people who want people to die for not having money for care. No… we still have laws that require hospitals to render aid when a person’s life is in danger. No one is “left to die”. They get help, then go into debt.
Uhh all the videos I’ve watched about this.. .they cut Ron Paul off when he was about to further explain what he meant. And he said “No” when asked should society let him die.
What he was likely going to say is… the guy gets his care… and goes into debt for it. That’s what people are cheering on. If you don’t? get medical insurance, you get sick, incurr huge costs… it should be on YOU, not on other people who were more responsible.

Perhaps in a perfect world all of these people could be assisted by the private sector and the churches, and then the government would never have to step in. If the government steps in it means taxes. So everyone ends up paying in some way even if they don’t want to. In a sense the government forces the people to get involved or outright pickpockets the funds? out of the citizen wallets.
